Refund policy

We are confident that you will love your ZENZO Balcony Bar, however, in the event that you are not satisfied, simply email us within 30 days of receiving your product.

As long as the product is in it's original condition as received, we can issue you a full refund. We cannot accept returns for balcony bars that have drill/screw holes in them. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund you the full purchase price to your original payment method.
