After your order is processed, UPS will pick up your order the next day.
For shipments in Canada delivery time is normally 1-3 business days for western provinces and 5 business days for eastern provinces.
For shipments to the US, average delivery time is 5 business days
For remote areas in both Canada and US, shipments can take up to 7 business days.
Orders shipped within Canada will not be charged duties. Orders shipping to the US with a value over $800USD per order may be subject to duties.
Yes, installation instructions are very simple. Please follow the installation guide included in your package.
Yes, if you need to change or cancel your order, please let us know immediately by emailing us at hello@zenzobalconybar.com. As long as your order hasn't shipped yet, we can try to change or cancel it for you.
All products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from delivery.
We are confident that you will love your ZENZO Balcony Bar, however, in the event that you are not satisfied, simply email us within 30 days of receiving your product.
As long as the product is in it's original condition as received, we can issue you a full refund. We cannot accept returns for balcony bars that have drill/screw holes in them.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund you the full purchase price to your original payment method.
