We are very confident and stand behind the durability of our products. That is why we offer a complimentary one year warranty on our ZENZO Balcony Bar.

Our warranty covers all parts of the balcony bar:

• Acacia wood bar top
• Metal brackets

If you have any naturally occuring defects on any of the above mentioned components, please let us know immediately and we will offer a one-time repair or replacement for your affected piece. You are entitled to one claim within a 1 year period starting from the day your product was delivered. 

This warranty does not cover any user inflicted damages. Please inspect your balcony bar upon delivery. If there are any damages, you must notify us right away after receiving your item.

WARRANTY POLICY COVERAGE

We offer a limited-time warranty on all our products. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects for all the products purchased from ZENZO's website. A manufacturing defect is a deviation from design specifications during production resulting in a product's defect, frailty, or shortcoming.

How Long The Warranty Coverage Lasts?

The standard warranty for our products lasts for a total of 12 months. For the purpose of this policy, the warranty period shall commence from the date and time the product will be received by the customer. 

Conditions Under Which Warranty Is Not Covered

This warranty on our products does not cover any damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or abuse, misuse, fire, accident, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, malicious damage, excessive heat, using not properly, lightning, or other acts of nature. In continuity to the above statement, this warranty also does not cover any damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from the installation or removal of any products or item during bad installations, any unauthorized tampering with this product, any repairs attempted by anyone unauthorized person to make such repairs or any other cause which does not relate directly to a defect in materials and/or workmanship of this product. Furthermore, this warranty also does not cover any damages resulting from severe weather conditions. 

What Our Company Will Do?

We will provide one of the following solutions to whatever extent it shall deem necessary to satisfy a proper claim under this warranty policy within the allowed time limit.

1. Repair or replace the defective part with a direct replacement or with a similar replacement part deemed by our company to perform substantially the same function as the original product.
2. In case we no longer have the same product available we will issue a credit of similar value as of the originally purchased product or we will order the product for you which can take up to 3 months to arrive.
